AI Workshops.

Enablement that lands in everyday work — hands-on instead of a slide show.

DACH-wide

Between „we really ought to do something with AI“ and productive use lies exactly one hurdle: competence. Not as theory, but as a craft — on your own use case, with your own tools, in your own data protection reality. That is precisely what our workshops are built for: hands-on, role-specific and without a slide marathon.

All formats work with your real tasks rather than textbook examples. Leadership teams leave the room with assessed use cases, specialist teams with working workflows for their actual work — and everyone with a realistic picture of what AI can and cannot do today.

01

Executive Briefing (half day)

For management and the leadership team: what do AI agents, platform AI and the EU AI Act mean specifically for your business model? With live demos instead of buzzwords and an initial opportunity-risk map.

02

Use-Case Workshop (1 day)

With the process experts from the business units: systematically collect use cases, validate them against live examples and assess them by value contribution and feasibility. Outcome: a prioritised portfolio.

03

Hands-on Training (1–2 days)

Specialist teams learn to work productively with AI on their own tasks: prompting patterns for their role, tool selection, limitations and data protection rules. Every participant goes home with working workflows.

04

Follow-up (4–6 weeks later)

A short remote session: what has taken hold in practice, where are the sticking points, what needs deepening? Prevents the usual fizzle-out effect of one-off training.

  • Tailored workshop materials with your use cases instead of standard slides
  • Executive Briefing: opportunity-risk map for your business model
  • Use-Case Workshop: assessed and prioritised use-case portfolio
  • Hands-on Training: documented, immediately usable workflows for each participant role
  • Data protection guardrails for using AI in everyday work
  • Follow-up session for embedding included
What does an AI workshop cost?
Depending on the format and number of participants, between a low and mid four-figure amount per day plus the preparation effort for tailoring it to your use cases. We deliberately do not offer flat-rate standard training without customisation.
Do the workshops meet the training obligation under Art. 4 of the EU AI Act?
They contribute towards it: the training provides documented AI competence for the systems actually in use. For full evidence, we combine them on request with a role-based training concept from our governance consulting.
How many people can take part?
Executive Briefings up to around 12 people, Hands-on Trainings deliberately a maximum of 10 — beyond that, the practical share that makes the difference suffers. We split larger groups into cohorts.
Remote or on site?
Both are possible. In our experience, Use-Case Workshops and Executive Briefings benefit significantly from being in person; Hands-on Trainings also work well remotely, because everyone works at their own computer.
Do you work with training partners?
Yes. For selected training formats we have partnered for years with the Copilotenschule from Cologne, a recognised specialist in AI and Copilot training. This long-standing partnership safeguards teaching quality and real hands-on relevance: you get trainers who treat training as a craft, not a slide marathon.
