Agentic-AI-Workforce.

AI agents that genuinely take over processes — with control instead of flying blind.

DACH-wide

Agentic AI is the step from “AI provides answers” to “AI gets work done”: agents that plan multi-step tasks, execute them within your systems, and escalate to humans when they are uncertain. Deployed correctly, an agentic workforce takes on the routine work that holds your teams back today — deployed incorrectly, it produces errors with system access.

We support the build from the first process selection through to ongoing operation — with the control architecture that makes the difference: guardrails, approval points, audit trail. And with an honest triage at the outset: processes that are better served by conventional automation get exactly that recommendation.

01

Process screening (weeks 1–2)

We examine your core processes for agent suitability: volume, rule-governance, potential for harm, system access. The result: a prioritised list — including the processes that are not (yet) ready.

02

Pilot design (weeks 3–4)

For the strongest candidate: target metrics, guardrail architecture, human approval points, escalation paths, and the platform decision (standalone vs. SAP/M365/Salesforce-native).

03

Build & test (weeks 5–9)

Building the agent on your systems, evaluating against real cases, adversarial testing (prompt injection, edge cases), refinement with the future users.

04

Go-live & scaling (from week 10)

A controlled launch with close monitoring, weekly quality reviews, then incremental expansion of autonomy — and the blueprint for process two and three.

  • An agent-suitability matrix of your core processes with prioritisation
  • A productive AI agent for the pilot process — on your systems, under your control
  • Guardrail and approval architecture including a complete audit trail
  • A measurable success baseline: processing times, quality, escalation rate before/after
  • An operations handbook and monitoring setup for ongoing operation
  • A scaling blueprint for further processes
What does building an agentic AI workforce cost?
A pilot process including screening, build, and go-live support typically falls in the mid five-figure range — heavily dependent on the interface landscape and platform choice. Platform-native agents (SAP, M365, Salesforce) are usually cheaper than bespoke builds.
Which processes are suited to starting out?
High volume, clear rules, limited potential for harm: intake processing, standard enquiries, data maintenance, preliminary checks. Unsuitable for the start: processes with high case-by-case complexity or legally binding external effects without human review.
Do we retain control over what the agent does?
Yes — this is the core of the architecture: defined permission boundaries, approval points for critical actions, a complete audit trail of every agent decision. Autonomy is expanded incrementally, never granted wholesale.
What happens to the employees whose routine work the agent takes over?
That is your decision — in our experience, the freed-up capacity is almost always absorbed by value-adding work that had been left undone. What matters is early, honest communication and involving the works council; we actively support both.
